The Rescue Diver is one of the most enjoyable courses you will undertake and is an important step in expanding your knowledge and experience beyond a purely recreational level. As a rescue diver you will learn to look beyond yourself to consider the safety and well-being of other divers. The course readies you to help prevent problems and, if necessary, manage dive emergencies using a variety of techniques. The course is great fun and will significantly build your confidence as a diver!

We advise all divers reach Rescue Diver level, in the unlikely case of a problem wouldn’t you rather be able to help your buddy? Wouldn’t you rather your buddy be able to help you in a similar situation?

Before you commence the course you are required to have completed the Advanced Open Water and Emergency First Response or similar recognised first aid course.

The course can now be completed in one weekend plus a little home study.
