Children's Scuba Diving Parties

Scuba Parties are an exciting and unique experience that can be enjoyed for children aged 8 years and above.

What's involved?

Following a safety briefing and a quick explanation of the principals of scuba diving the children are taken into the shallow end of the pool where they take their first breaths underwater. Once they are comfortably blowing bubbles through their regulator, they explore the pool and practice being weightless, just like an astronaut. After a few somersaults we then introduce a few games such as underwater frisbee and an up-side-down egg & spoon race. They use exactly the same equipment as if they were in the sea, all the gear is supplied with the exception of swimwear and towel!

For parents who wish to keep a memento of the occasion we have an underwater camera and are happy to supply you with some pictures for a small supplement!

For safety and enjoyment we never allow more than 6 children per instructor! The party lasts 1 1/2 hours of which approximately 45 minutes is spent doing scuba diving.

Where does it take place?

We use a pool located in the grounds of one of London's finest private mansions located just around the corner from Richmond Park and Richmond town centre to give that real WOW factor. The pool is heated to a very comfortable 30 degrees celcius and is located in the summerhouse which means there is plenty of room and comfy seats for parents to watch (see photos).

There are plenty of restaurants and cafe's a short distance away including Nandos, Giraffe and the cafe in the grounds of Richmond Deer Park.

A minimum of 6 children is required and we cap it with maximum of 12 in any one session. Additional pool time can be arranged in advance.
